THE CORPORATE SHIPPING PROCESS

1. Placing an Order

• The customer registers as a Legal Entity on Demircargo.com.

• Orders are finalized using the international warehouse addresses provided by Demir Cargo.

2. Consolidation (Merging Shipments)

• Once all your packages arrive at our international warehouse, you can consolidate them under a single shipment (tracking). This helps you save on shipping costs and allows customs clearance to be processed through a single set of documents.

3. Creating a Request

• After your packages arrive at the warehouse, log in to your personal cabinet, go to the "My Applications" section, and create a request titled "Corporate Shipping." Please include the following details in your request:

  • Company or Individual Entrepreneur Name

  • VÖEN

  • Package Tracking Codes

  • Total Invoice Value (total value of all items)

  • Contact Number

  • Customs Broker Service Fee: 100 AZN

4. Customs Clearance and Delivery

• Once the cargo arrives at the Baku Cargo Terminal (BCT), it is processed into the system using your VÖEN.

• Brokerage Service: If you entrust the brokerage service to us, our team will provide full support for documentation and customs clearance.

• Payment: Shipping fees can be paid via official bank transfer or online.
